1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at infinitecybersecurity.com (the "Site") and any professional cybersecurity services provided by Infinite Value Ventures Pte Ltd (UEN: 201719416K), trading as Infinite Cybersecurity ("we", "us", or "the Company"), a company incorporated in Singapore.

By accessing the Site or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement under Singapore law. They apply to all visitors, clients, and other users of the Site.

2. Use of the Site

You may use this Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any manner that violates applicable Singapore law or regulation, including the Computer Misuse Act (Cap 50A), Personal Data Protection Act 2012, or Electronic Transactions Act
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its servers, or any systems connected to it
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, defamatory, or unlawful material
• Engage in any scraping, crawling, or automated data collection without our prior written consent
• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Site content without written permission
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Use the Site to facilitate or promote any illegal activity

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site for any user who violates these Terms.

3. Cybersecurity Services

Our professional cybersecurity services — including VAPT, penetration testing, compliance advisory, and managed security — are governed by separate engagement agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs), and/or Master Service Agreements (MSAs) entered into with clients. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement agreement, the signed engagement agreement prevails.

3.1 Authorisation

Clients engaging us for penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, or any offensive security services must provide explicit written authorisation for all systems and networks in scope prior to commencement. Unauthorised testing is illegal under the Computer Misuse Act and will not be conducted under any circumstances.

3.2 Scope and Confidentiality

All assessments are conducted strictly within the agreed scope. Findings, reports, and client data are treated as confidential and are not disclosed to third parties without client consent, except as required by law.

3.3 No Guarantee of Security

Our services are designed to identify and reduce cybersecurity risks. However, we do not guarantee that our services will identify every vulnerability or prevent all security incidents. Cybersecurity is a continuous process and no assessment provides absolute assurance of security.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, methodologies, and software — is the property of Infinite Value Ventures Pte Ltd or its licensors and is protected under Singapore intellectual property laws, including the Copyright Act 2021.

You may access and view Site content for personal, non-commercial informational purposes. No content may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, or exploited commercially without our prior written consent.

Deliverables produced for clients under engagement agreements are governed by the intellectual property provisions in those agreements.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Information on this Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional legal, regulatory, or technical advice. You should seek independent professional advice before acting on any information on this Site.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
• Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed SGD 500 or the amount paid by you to us in the preceding three (3) months, whichever is greater
• For professional services engagements, liability is governed by the terms of the applicable engagement agreement and applicable Singapore law, including the Unfair Contract Terms Act

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Infinite Value Ventures Pte Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Site in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right; or (c) any content you submit to the Site.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. We do not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or services of any linked third-party site. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

9. Fees and Payment

Fees for professional services are set out in individual proposals and engagement agreements. Unless otherwise agreed:

• Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date
• Late payments may attract interest at the rate of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance
• All fees are exclusive of prevailing Singapore Goods and Services Tax (GST), where applicable
• Refund terms are as specified in individual engagement agreements

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information exchanged in the course of an engagement and to use such information solely for the purposes of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of any engagement agreement for a period of three (3) years, unless a longer period is specified in the engagement agreement.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, all licences and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

Termination of professional services engagements is governed by the terms of the applicable engagement agreement.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be:

• First, subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties for a period of 30 days
• If unresolved, referred to and finally resolved by Singapore courts of competent jurisdiction, to which both parties irrevocably submit

For professional services engagements valued above SGD 50,000, either party may elect to refer disputes to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with its Arbitration Rules.

13. Amendments

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision. For material changes, we will provide advance notice via email or a prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

14. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable Singapore law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable engagement agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Infinite Value Ventures Pte Ltd regarding the use of this Site and supersede all prior discussions, representations, or agreements.
